If you do need to return an item to us and the item is eligible for return, please contact Customer Services at 1-530-591-2645 and we will help you with the return process. You may return most items sold by ParOutGolf.com within 60 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund.If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax will be credited.
After Contacting Customer Services, Complete the Return Form that will be emailed to you. Indicate the action you would like us to take (replacement or refund) and the Reason for Return. Please provide your e-mail address and phone number so that we may contact you if there are delays in processing your return.
Please pack the items along with the Return Form securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Bring the package to any Post Office, Mail Service or leave for your mail carrier to pick up. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for any shipping costs of any and all returned items to Back Nine Publishing.
We will replace an item for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. When requesting an eligible replacement, please contact customer service if you would like a replacement of the same item shipped to you at no cost.
When requesting an refund, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment. We cannot issue a refund to gift recipients; however, you may request a replacement if the item is damaged or defective.
We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged or defective. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. (Please return the entire set if you are requesting an eligible refund or replacement).
If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the invoice that was enclosed with the order, please contact Customer Services via e-mail at info@paroutgolf.com or phone at 1-530-591-2645.
Please allow 21 days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail confirming that your return has been received and processed. If, after 21 days, you still have not received e-mail or written confirmation that your return has been processed, please contact Customer Services at 1-530-591-2645. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.
When packages are returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail in order to obtain a different shipping address to re-ship the order. If you are concerned that there may be an issue with delivery of your order, call Customer Services at 1-530-591-2645.
Once an order has been submitted, you must contact Customer Services to attempt to cancel or change it. We are unable to honor customer requests to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process with the exception of remaining items in a partially shipped order.
